Reservations - We need at least 1 month notice on all parties.

Deposit - $100.00 is
due for the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable. We accept cash, checks and
money orders.
Travel Fee - There will
be a $25.00 travel fee over 20 miles outside the 07660 area. (traveling in and out of NYC or any boro there will be a charge for any tolls)
Minimum/Maximum Attendance - Our
parties are designed for a maximum of 16 guests (including the guest of honor)
and a minimum of 8 guests (including the guest of honor). Parties that have
less than 8 guests will still be charged the base price.
Cancellations and Rescheduling - If
you need to cancel your party for any reason the deposit cannot be refunded. We
will gladly work with you to reschedule the party for an alternate date. If the invitations need to be resent to your guests, there will be an additional fee.
However, if you choose to cancel our services, your deposit will be forfeited.
RSVP Confirmation - A
final head count will need to be confirmed with We Love A Party at least 4 days
prior to the party.
Parking - Please allow
ample space in your driveway or in front of your home for us to park, due to the
fact that we will have heavy items to carry into your home.
What do you need to supply? -
Please supply enough table and chairs for each guest. The room must be large
enough to accommodate all guests and activities
Special Diets & Allergies - If
one of your guests has food allergies we recommend that you or the guest
provide an alternate treat for that guest. We Love A Party is not responsible
for any allergies related to food, face painting, temporary tattoos, make-up
and spa treatments.
Guests and siblings of guests - If
some guests do not show up, even if they RSVP, you will still be charged for
the final headcount you confirmed. Siblings may come as long as they are
supervised, however, our packages only cover the birthday child and their
guests.
What if I want to hold my party outside? -
Weather permitting, the party may be held outside; however, the party must take
place on a clean, non-grassy, non-dirt area.
Where is the party held? - The
party is held at your home, catering hall, party room, church hall, etc. We
bring everything to the location of choice. We just request that if the party
is being held ouside your home, that the facility has a kitchen.
How long is the party? - The
duration of your party depends on the package you have chosen.
Can I take some things out of my package? -
While you are free to remove things from your package, pricing
cannot be adjusted. There are no substitutions on offerings. We have created a
Basic Package for those who would like to play a larger role in our
celebrations at a reduced price. You may add items AlaCarte to the Basic
Package if you wish.
**Regarding set-up for the party - We realize your child is excited about her party but
we need 1 hour of uninterrupted time to set up for the party**
Please note: We cannot HOLD a date for a party. If you inquire about a date and at the moment it is open, it does not mean that you are booked. An event is not booked until a deposit is received. Thank you!
